Oracle has announced the India availability of its SPARC T5 and M5
servers, powered by the new T5 and M5 microprocessors. The company
claims SPARC T5 to be the world's fastest processor with up to 3x faster
application performance than IBM or any other competing platform.
The
new servers join Oracle's existing entry-level SPARC T4 servers. The
company is targeting telecommunications, government, healthcare and
financial services verticals for these new servers.

and Oracle's new generation of SPARC T5 and M5 servers are exactly

high-end enterprise computing compared to any other offering in the
